Policies

Please  read our policies carefully. You agree to them when you book the cottage with your deposit.

• No smoking inside cottage.
• 2 Night stay required for weekends.
• The cottage is suitable for 1or 2 adults only.
• Pets (under 30 pounds) accepted. Must not be alone in cottage if not crated.
• Field boarding for guests with horses
• Check In: 3-6 pm
• Check Out: By 11:00 am
• Advance arrangements must be made for early arrivals.
• Deposit of 1 night stay required at time of reservation

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received less than 48 hours from arrival will be forfeit their deposit

Holidays and Fall season cancellations received less than 1 week  from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless the cottage can be rebooked.

“No Shows” will be charged the entire reservation price.

All cancellations must be received by phone.
